Business Accounting Systems, PC was started in 1971 by Leon A. Elwell, Public Accountant, EA, who saw a need and built a business model to meet those needs for the small business community long ago. Our company and staff were built to provide services to smaller, growing enterprises in a cost effective manner by providing accurate timely financial information for a SET FEE.
