I have been a client of Business Accounting Systems P.C for nearly 30 years. I’m the sole owner of a small construction company. I have one associate appointed to me. He is an outstanding accountant. However they perform payroll for my company as well. There is a hole team of associates I speak with. They are the best! Business Accounting Systems and Scott Elwell have been my accountant since 1990. They were able to help me out of a serious tax problem and have assisted me throughout the years with accounting and payroll. I recommend them to anyone needing their services. They are more then just an accountant and have helped me throughout the years with business and personal taxes. They directed me to an excellent lawyer for wills and other estate planning. They also assisted us in setting up our 401K plan and help maintain it. Scott is very well educated in tax preparation and is always up to speed on the latest coming out of the IRS. Payroll is very simple we email it in and within a day and we have our payroll reports including all pertinent information on each employee’s sick & vacation days, 401K, etc. There is nowhere else I would go. Really great accounting firm. We work with Steve but everyone I have ever dealt with has been helpful, informative, and quick to reply. I think anyone with business should definitely give them a call as they are very in tune with the real situations that all businesses must manage to stay tax compliant. You don’t know what you’re missing from your existing accounting firm until you give them a try. Being a business for 22 years we recently switched to them a couple years ago and I only wish I found them sooner.
